A dating app that goes against algorithms: everyone makes themselves available for a chosen time, sees who else is around, and stays in control of who can write to them.

The context
Mainstream dating apps decide for their users and expose their profile all the time. IzaNoAiza’s idea was the opposite: availability that is chosen and time-limited, proximity as the only criterion, and consent before any conversation.
Our answer
We designed an installable web app that needs no app store: it opens in the browser and adds itself to the home screen. The journey fits in three gestures — become available, see who is available nearby, accept a conversation or not. The interface is available in French and Malagasy.
