Motorcycle parts & repair shop management

A management platform for a motorcycle garage: spare parts sales, repair tracking and mechanic attendance, wired to a biometric clock-in device designed and built by our team.

Next.jsNode.jsESP32

The context

The garage ran on two separate logics: the spare parts shop on one side, the workshop and its mechanics on the other. There was no way to tell which parts went into which repair, nor to tie time spent to a given job.

Our answer

A single web application links shop and workshop: every repair order consumes parts from stock and records mechanics' time. For attendance, we designed and assembled an ESP32-based device with a fingerprint reader that pushes clock-ins straight into the application — no manual entry.

Key features

  • Spare parts catalogue and stock
  • Repair orders linked to the parts they consume
  • Vehicle records and job history
  • Fingerprint clock-in for mechanics
  • ESP32 device designed, built and integrated by GEE-KEE
  • Invoicing and payment tracking

What it changes

  • Shop and workshop brought into one system
  • Mechanic attendance recorded without paper
  • Hardware and software delivered by a single team
